Up date of Green Tree Frog ( going thru Repairs)

This morning we went to leongatha to the Car repair shop to drop off the lock nut for the mags so they can dismantle the rear end. This is what we saw, the car on a streacher machine to bring it back to normal state. As interesting as it was. Everything from the back doors to the rear is going to be Brand new again...... We hope it's good when it comes back.

Pedi's & Mannie's

Wow how a day goes so fast yesturday i was learning the aspects of Pedicures ( well everyone else was) while i got my first client to work on for a pedicure. Joanne my director and head teacher had just finished doing a pedicure to show us new girls. As it was i had just finished up being done by one of the girls. That Jo said Dannii you haven't done one yet have you? i say no she goes good jump in there and do your first client. I was like mmmm , sure. She then said it's good you know what your doing. Need me call to me, otherwise have fun. Talk about being confident my teacher (Jo) told me i could do it. So i did it, i also got told off by the other teacher (Cathy) for all the habbits Jo managed to just show us about 5 times. It was all good. As it was i passed it all with flying colours which was cool.

Also found i have been getting illergic reactions to the mask's we use for our Manicures and Pedicure's which is weird. All good though i will get through it.

I also passed Nail Art design also as you can see i love drawing not that much harder on nails just have to down size thats all.

Monday day 4 will be doing Manicure's and Pedicure's on one another only the hole thing this time not just one or the other.

Here are the nails i designed today it was an all day event, we also did manicures to one another which was a bit of a pamper.

Tomorrow we are doing pedicures .....which will be interesting.

Green Tree Frog!

Matt is impressed that this frog i brought him was unscafed with no injuires he got a free ride on the back of a tow truck courtesy of RACV. He never used to like this frog when i brought it orginially but now he loves it

You don't realise how much you miss a place till u see it in pic's and this one was taken by my best friend Cass for an assignment she was doing ( to design a front cover for a mag) well she didn't choose this pic of me but another one. Either way i love them both. I forgot how skinny i look.

Churchill Bush Fires

We were staying in Leongatha the weekend the Churchill Bushfires started. We were some 25 kms away from them and i took these photos from where we were staying. It was shocking - at that stage we had no idea that it took anyone's lives or homes. As it was just the Bunyip national Park.

It was scary feeling when your in the swimming pool one minute and feel as if your not sure you should be in there any more and end up getting out. To have the place have heavy black smoke cover the sky all around you. Then for it to rain ash rain instead of clear rain like usual was like hell. As you can see from the car below.
I saw a glowing coming from across the road it was the high flames coming down the mountain. They were still not close enough to us. As we were 25 kms at all times if not futher.

Time to go back to school for mummy!

On monday i start a new course, Certificate 2 in Nail Technology. It will mean mum gets up early to drop kiddies off at before school care. So i can get off to classes. Yeah for me. It's three days a week (monday,tuesday & wednesdays) From 10am to 4pm, doing something i feel passionate about. As i love getting my nails done every two weeks . I thought hell why not go and do a course and learn to do them myself that way i can work in a field i like for once. Instead of doing things that just come up as i have to do, as i have only that exprience in that field of work ( hosptiality).

I have a place thats willing to take me on for work exprience during the course peroid which is great as thats just a bonus. They said they might put me on also after i have finished. It's good as it's close to home. So i think i will be ok.

Being that i have had been involved in a car accident last sunday i can't work as i have to much pain at any one time, at the moment. Plus i have no work at the Cinemas at the moment as it's a manager and Bio person on during the day and 1 person on at night. So i have to fill in time some how and this is the best thing. It also gives me the chance to build some skills in another area.

This is a result of a four car pile up on the Strazelecki Highway on Sunday the 8th Feb 2009. Which we were involved in. Us being in the green car....1st car hit. We are all lucky it was more
seriouse than what it was, as it was the 2nd car which were an older couple had 7 stiches in her thumb.
While Matt, Cassie, Brook & Brock were discharged from hosptial, i had to stay on as i had lost circuitlation in my finger tips which i still haven't got back yet.
Was transfered from Leongatha Hosptial to Dandenong Hosptial to be kept in over night while they ran tests and see to make sure i had nothing more seriouse than what they thought.

As it was i have swelling on the 5th and 6th Verterbrey which was slightly crushed from the accident which causes me to have pain transfered all over the place from my back to my neck to my shoulders i am feeling lathagic all the time.

Christine when she came to visit me during January Holidays ( christmas break)



Mean while i had got Brock while in geelong in his new bathers i brought him b4 he went to dad's for christmas. When he got home from dad's place looking so cute.

Also i took a few of myself to show you not to forget to put on sunscreen before entering the sun these days as it doesn't matter what tempture it is out side. In my case it wasn't extreemly hot only 26 in geelong 2 weekends ago on the 25th Jan and i got 3 degree burns that have scared me for life now.. these pic's were taken on the 28th Jan 3 days later and i can honestly say that the pain is still there on my boobikins.....lol.

recently (just after chrissie) and get his Autograph on this photo of him. Which now takes prime position on my bedside table......lol.

We also saw his BF Anthony Cellea standing on the side lines watching him as he was working hard sweating for his money under hot lights and cameras.

In the Audience for Celebrity Singing Bee!

1st taping we saw Kathlieen Jones (x ~HI5 ), Paulinie, Laviena Nixon, Jeff Fench, Shane crawford while the leader singer of 1927 sang (i'd go mad), as well as Laurie Lewis sang his gr8est hit.

2nd taping was Charlie Delaney ( x ~ hi5), Frankie J Holden, Alieen, Craig Lawondes ( Ford Racing car driver), Guy from Underbelly ( played Carl Williams).

3rd taping was Jack Jones sang his most popular song. Nick Geonolpois ( Wog Boy), Johnno Coleman, Dexter Bummer, Miss Australia who ever she was, Richard Reid( domestic Blitz, hollywood profile on Today also.)

It was a blast fun time always there - always a giggle to be had. Now we have 3 more to go to then they are all done...... yay!
